Boredom is killing me!!!

Oggi sono stata a casa a ciondolare tutto il giorno tra Tumblr, il libro che sto leggendo e il frigo, così ho deciso di fare qualcosa di produttivo: pensare a cosa mettermi domani a capodanno.
A causa di vari inconvenienti, andrò a casa della mia migliore amica e festeggieremo insieme a casa sua però, visto che gli abiti per l'occasione li avevamo comprati ci sembra un peccato non fare almeno qualche scatto in giro per casa.
L'altro ieri alla Tally Weijl avevo trovato questo vestitino davvero carino così l'ho comprato senza pensarci due volte, tanto un abito nero non è che lo si indossi solo a capodanno!

Today i stayed at home and i lazed all day watching Tumblr, reading a book and opening the fridge so i decided to do something productive: think about my New Year's eve outfit.
Because of some inconveniences, tomorrow i'll go to my best friend's house and we'll celebrate together there but, considering that we both bought dresses for the circumstance, it would be a pity if we didn't wear our new stuff so... we'll take some photos around the house.
Two days ago i saw at Tally Weijl shop this cute dress so i decided to buy it without a second thought, at any rate a black dress can be used in "any" situation!

 Poi pensavo di abbinarci assieme un paio di stivaletti con il tacco. Purtroppo non sono ancora pratica nel camminarci perché li ho comprati un paio di settimane fa e queste sono (finalmente) le mie prime scarpe col tacco.

Then i thought to match the dress with a pair of heeled boots. Unfortunately i'm not familiar with heels cause i bought them 2 weeks ago and those shoes are (finally) my first pair of heels.

Poi essendo un'eterna indecisa ho realizzato un trucco diverso per occhio.

Il primo è uno smokey eyes nero opaco con matita nera nella rima interna(superiore e inferiore), con un tocco di luce creato da un ombretto bianco con glitter:

Then, because of my indecision i made two different makeup, one for each eye.

The first one is a black smokey eye with a line of black eye pencil on the eyelid on your eyelid(upper and lower), with a white eyeshadow with glitter i create a light:




Per il secondo ho utilizzato gli stessi colori, nero opaco e il bianco con i glitter, però ho fatto un look meno scuro/cupo creando solo la zona d'ombra nella piega della palpebra e all'esterno dell'occhio.
Poi per renderlo meno serio ho messo nella rima interna inferiore una matita verde, anch'essa con glitter.

For the other eye i utilised the same eyeshadow, black matte and white with glitter, but i made a makeup less dark/deep creating a shadow on the socket line and on the outer corner.
Then i put a green eye pencil with glitter on the lower eyelid to make it less "serious".

Ladies finally christmas is just around the corner! Have you already choosen an holidays outfit?
Unfortunately i don't because of the lack of time but, if i lived in a warmer place, i would chose the outfit in the photo.
This year i'm in love with skater skirt and the fall-winter trend is the tartan pattern so... i would match it with that leather top and high-heeled sandals. This look is complete with that marvellous necklace.
Now you just have to put on that beautiful color on your nails, makeup yourself with Charlotte Tilbury's palette, sprinkle J' Adore L' Or on your skin and you will be ready!

So, say hello to my new buddy Rudolph! This year i finally decided to buy this little sweety at Ikea for only 3 euros and they worth it. It is cheap, cute and seep in christmas atmosphere.
But we'll talk about holiday decoration the next time because today i wanna show you my "christmas" biscuits!
They are easy to do (if you are not a bumbler like me), you only have to pay attention while they are inside the oven because they gild very easily(infact i burnt the first batch *desolation*).

Salutate il mio nuovo amico Rudolph! Quest'anno ho finalmente deciso di comprare questa bellezza all' Ikea per soli 3 euro. E' economico, carino e infonde un'aria natalizia.
Ma parleremo di decorazioni un'altra volta perché oggi voglio mostrarmi i miei biscotti "natalizi"!
Sono semplici da fare (se non sei un' incapace come me), devi solo prestare attenzione mentre sono nel forno perché si dorano molto facilmente (infatti ho bruciato la prima infornata *desolazione*).

Ingredients for 30-40 biscuits: 

- 9 tablespoon of butter (a bit more than 1/2 cup
-1 cup and 2 tablespoon of pastry/cake flour (00 type)
-1/2 cup of sugar
-1 pocket of vanillin
 -2 egg yolks
- a pinch of salt, somebody doesn't put it but i added it
-optional: chocolate chips for animals' eyes
Ingredienti per 30-40 biscotti:

-125 gr di burro
-250 gr di farina tipo 00
-100 gr di zucchero
-1 bustina di vanillina
-2 tuorli
-un pizzico di sale, alcuni non lo mettono ma io ho preferito aggiungerlo
-opzionale: gocce di cioccolato


1. Setacciare la farina in una ciotola e aggiungere lo zucchero, la vanillina e un pizzico di sale.

Sift the flour in a bowl and add sugar, vanillin and a pich of salt.


2. Aggiungere il burro e i tuorli e lavorare l'impasto velocemente fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
Avvolgerlo nella pellicola trasparente e metterlo a raffreddare in frigo per circa un'ora.
Stendere l'impasto aiutandosi con un mattarello finchè non diventa sottile (mezzo centimetro), utilizzare le formine per creare i biscotti e metterli in una teglia, dove precedentemente si era messo un foglio di carta da forno. (Opzionale: Conficcare le gocce di cioccolato nei biscotti per creare gli occhi).

Se l'impasto risulta troppo secco aggiungere acqua fredda o latte, se risulta troppo appiccicoso aggiungere farina (non preoccuparti se ne serve molta, aggiungine quanto l'impasto ne richiede per non risultare molliccio e appiccicoso).

Add the butter and the yolks and mix up everything quickly untill the mixture will become homogeneous.
Wrap it up in a plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Roll out the mixture with a rolling pin untill he is thin about 1/2 centimetre, cut the mixture with the cookie cutter and place the biscuits in a baking tray, where you put earlier a baking parchment paper. (Optional: Knock into the biscuits chocolate chips to create animals' eyes).

If the mixture is too dry add cold water or milk, if the mixture is too sticky add flour (don't panic if you have to use a lot of flour, add it untill the mixture won't be sticky and mushy).

The cookie cutters are from Ikea, aren't they lovely?

3. Infornare i biscotti per una decina di minuti a 170° circa, teneteli d'occhio perché si bruciano con facilità! Appena sono leggermente dorati e cotti internamente (sono pronti se inserendo uno stuzzicadenti al centro di uno di essi uscirà pulito) toglieteli dal forno.

Put the biscuits in the oven for about ten minutes at 170 degrees, keep an eye on the because they burn easily! When they become lightly gilded and they aren't uncooked inside(they are ready if a toothpick inserted in the center of one comes out clean.) take them out of the oven.

Peplum bianco: Lo apprezzo particolarmente quando è abbinato con un paio di boyfriend jeans e un paio di decolletè nere oppure insieme ad una pencil skirt.

Canon eos 70d: Personalmente, l'emozione di vedere una foto è maggiore di quella di vedere un costoso capo d'abbigliamento appeso nel mio armadio. Apprezzo entrambi ma, quando riguardo le foto che ho scattato, rivivo ogni singola situazione legata ad essa. Per questo, quando vedo una foto di un tramonto, una città esotica o anche solo un ritratto, sono invidiosa del fatto di non esser potuta esser lì in quel esatto momento per catturarlo.

Taglio di capelli di Jennifer Lawrence: Dopo averla vista in alcune scene di Hunger Games ho iniziato a volere il suo taglio di capelli, scalato, mosso... insomma semplice ma l'ho trovato davvero ben fatto. Penso che però aspetterò la primavera perché ho appena fatto il degradè sulle punte e mi spiace eliminarlo così presto.

Bracciale Pandora: Già l'anno scorso avevo notato questo bracciale e mi era piaciuto subito per l'idea, ovvero personalizzarlo con i charms. Pandora ne ha di tutti i generi e sono uno più bello dell'altro però quest'anno mi ha colpito il tema natalizio. Trovo carinissimi il pendolo a forma di fiocco di neve e quello con i guantini.

Reggiseno Intimissimi Super push-up:Vedendo la pubblicità questa linea mi è piaciuta da subito visto che comunque con Intimissimi mi sono sempre trovata bene. Vorrei sapere però se dà davvero ciò che promette, ovvero una taglia in più. Lo proverò prossimamente in qualche negozio e poi ve lo saprò dire.

Decolletè nere: Vorrei trovare un paio di decolletè nere non tanto alte, 8 cm, ma sembra impossibile trovarne un paio di carine. Credo sarà comunque già un' impresa cercare di camminarci visto che non ho un buon equilibrio eheheh...

Cappotto simil Burberry: L'anno scorso alla Benetton ne avevo trovato uno davvero simile ma ero titubante sull'idea di comprarlo perché, sebbene mi piacesse assai, lo trovavo molto classico e quindi poco adatto alla mia età. Quest'anno ho deciso di fregarmene e comprarmelo.

Dicembre finalmente è iniziato e ciò significa che Natale si avvicina, infatti mi sono già portata avanti e ho iniziato a decorare la casa.
Visto che novembre è finito voglio fare una lista delle cose che mi sono più piaciute nel mese passato.

December is finally started and that means Christmas is getting closer, indeed i started to decorate my house.
Considering that november is over, i want to do a list of my favorite stuff on the last month.

Printed Dress with leather details: L'ho trovato in un negozio a metà prezzo e ho deciso di comprarlo perché l'ho trovo versatile visto che può essere usato in modo casual come una maglia lunga con dei leggins o un po' più elegantino come un vestitino abbinato a un blazer nero. Mi piacciono un sacco i dettagli in pelle (finta) sulle maniche perché li danno un tocco più rock.

I found it half-price in a shop near home so i decided to buy it. I find it versatile because you can wear it as a long shirt with leggins if you want a casual look but, if you prefer to be more elegant, you can wear it like a dress matched with a black blazer. I really like (false) leather details on the sleeves cause they give a touch of rock.

"Mudd" Clay Mask(Maschera all'argilla): Ora che è inverno la pelle dev'essere ancora più coccolata a causa del freddo che la fa seccare, se poi abbiamo pure dei brufoletti o dei punti neri dobbiamo prendercene molta cura ed ecco perché ho ripreso ad usare una volta al mese questa maschera. Siccome ho la pelle tendente al grasso trovo questa maschera perfetta per purificarla e opacizzarla.Non è costosa (sui 5 euro) e, per quanto mi riguarda, dura più di un'anno.

During the winter our skin must be more pamper because of the cold which dry it out and if we also have pimples or blackhead we must take more care about it and that's why i restarted to use monthly this mask. Since that i have an oily skin i find this mask perfect for purify and matte it. It isn't expensive (about 5 euros) and, for my part, it last more than one year.



Story of my life(One Direction): Prima di questa canzone non li avevo mai ascoltati sul serio, se non le due loro hits più famose. Li avevo trovati scontati, dei cantati che fanno canzoni per far innamorare le ragazzine. Settimana scorsa stavo guardando un video di Bethany Mota e l'avevo sentita cantare questa canzone credendola però un vecchio classico e invece, con mia sorpresa, ho scoperto essere una loro canzone. Beh detto ciò, mi piace un sacco sia la canzone che il video e, riguardo il nuovo album, midnight memories, dentro vi sono delle canzoni davvero carine.

Before of this song i never listened them for real, i used to know only their 2 most famous song. I used to think that they were banal and that they only write songs to the purpose of make young girls fall in love with them. Last week i was watching a Bethany Mota's video and  she was singing Story of my life and i thought it was an old classic song and, to my surprise, i discovered that it was one of them new songs. Well, having said that, i really like the song and the music video and, about the new album, midnight memories, inside there are really nice songs.



Catching Fire(La ragazza di fuoco): Anche qui stessa cosa della canzone, il primo film l'ho visto sabato pomeriggio e poi, la sera stessa, ho visto il sequel. E' stato amore a prima vista! Non sono una gran appassionata di film fantasy con scene d'azione però questa trilogia sembra aver fatto il giusto mix di suspance, lotta e storie d'amore e per questo l'ho trovata davvero bella. Non vedo l'ora di vedere la prima parte del Canto della Rivolta ma, sfortuntamente, manca ancora un anno...


Also here it is happened quite the same thing of the song cause i watched the first movie on saturday afternoon and, the same night, i watched the sequel. It was love at first sight! I am not a passionate of fantasy movie with action scene but this trilogy seems to have done the right mix of suspance, fight and love story and for this reason i found it really beautiful. I can't wait to see Mockingjay: Part 1 but, unfortunately we have to wait one year...
