MOVING OUT ON A NEW BLOG
A stroll in Venice
Last Monday, to "celebrate" the end of the school, I went to Venice with my mother. Venice is always a pleasant place to go, even if it is stocked with tourists, it never lose its beauty, it is always majestic and a bit magical.
Do you live near any cool city? If so what do you like about it? If not, tell me where you would like to live. :)
The end of a journey
Yesterday I finally did my last high school oral exam *yay* and I'm so happy to be able to start holidays and chill out a bit because during the past months my school schedule has been really intense and I was really anxious and nervous all the time, but I can't help to feel a little sad because I know that I won't see anymore my classmates, at least not everyday.
Anyway I want to keep a positive mindset and I have to say that I'm really grateful for this journey, during these 5 years of high school I met wonderful people, I did so many experiences and I learnt a lot of things. I still don't know what my future has in store for me, I would love to take a gap year and move to UK, but this choice doesn't concern only me. But I feel open to any possibility, my only concern now is to find something that makes me happy and employ my time because, I don't know about you, but I always wait for vacations and, when they arrive, then I get so bored and this happens especially during summer holidays, sometimes I think that 3 months are way too much *forever unsatisfied*.
Anyway now that I'm a full-time stay-at-home(Is this a thing? This word actually exists?), I will totally dedicate more time to the blog and photography because the past months I has been pretty lazy and my content has been intermittent. Time to go guys, things to do (chilling in the garden with an icecream is a consistent part of my summer routine), but it has been nice talking to you. See you later, xx.
Throwback to the past and desires for the future
At the beginning of 2014 I made a bucket list , it was quite tough, especially when I had to read 10 books
I visit lots of beautiful new cities such as Barcelona, La Spezia, Malta and his island, Portsmouth and London, Budapest and Caoria; I met a lot of new people and I tried to get out more ofter of my comfort zone and I overcame a fear; I learned a job, the shop assistant and I truly enjoyed it; and I tried to learn sailing and pro frisbee.
Unfortunately I didn't learn how to drive a car, I didn't fall in love and I still don't have a flat belly, but I focused my free-time on myself and on my old hobbies: photography and cooking.
I am happy about that journey and I hope the best for this new year too.
10 desires for the 2015:
1) Graduate with quite high grades.
2) Find a summer job.
3) Try to understand what I want to do after high school.
4) Do a serious photography and filming course.
5) Have more fun.
6) Take an english certification (cae or "the impossible cpe").
7) Do more of what makes me happy.
8) Finally start a YT channel.
9) Watch more movies, read more books(not for school), try to cook more savoury recipes and travel more.
10) Get out of my comfort zone more often.
None of them is impossible, they are all feasible with some effort so I do really hope to accomplish them all.
As last year, you can find any development in the page under the title.
Time to be fit: Nike+ Training Club
Since I have gained some flab on my tummy I was looking for some exercises to do at home, beyond yoga, and I found this amazing girl: Sjana Elise (go and give a look), she does a lot of workout and yoga and she is super motivating. In her blog she was explaing how helpful is the app Nike+ Training Club, so I decided to download it ( It's free, isn't that beautiful?).
The app has a cool design and it is really easy to use. Once you have done the registration you choose a program: Slimming, Toning or Strengthening, a level: Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced and then you pick one of the training, you download it and then you can start.
I chose the slimming one in a beginner level and I am happy to say that:
the exercise was a bit intense, because I did not do any long activity for a while, but also super rewarding!
Don't worry if, at the end, your muscles will shake(also mine were) because this means that you are doing well and you have to keep doing exercise. Training is really important for our wellness, so we shouldn't give in. Remember: the efforts will be requited!
I'm really excited to see some results at the end of this 4-week-program and I challenge all of you to give this app a try!
#Experience: Lived abroad for 3 weeks in Portsmouth
This time I have a good excuse for not having posted anything:
I spent 3 weeks in Portsmouth, living in the loveliest host family ever and working in a charity shop, the British Heart Foundation.
I literally spent the best time of my holiday there and I wish I could be there now. But anyway I am proud of myself because, without my effort at school, I couldn't have did this trip.

10 reasons that will convince you to go to Malta, Gozo and Comino
When I arrived in Malta 11 days ago I must admit that I was betrayed: the city near the airport seemed "wretched" because the houses were neglected and the shops were for sale. The thought of spending an holiday there was insufferable.
As you can see from the title, i changed my mind. Yes, the city isn't big as New York and the sea isn't comparable to the Hawaiian one, but Malta and his island Gozo and Comino deserve a special attention.
Here there are 10 reasons of why your next holiday may be set in Malta:

At Gozo we visited Rabat, the main city, and the Azure Window and then we went to Comino in order to swim in the beautiful Blue Lagoon. The beach is really small but the water is crystalline and a bit cold. When we returned we saw Comino's caverns.
7. OPEN-AIR GYM
At the park, it is frequent see little gym: cyclette, high bars, benches for abs so you can freely use them, whenever you want.
Aquatic sports are really common and also jogging thanks to the evening breeze and the long seaside.
8. ACTIVE NIGHTLIFE
Malta is famous also for her nightlife. Young people like it because it is full of clubs and outdoor or indoor pub. I saw that some of the coolest pubs have also a bunch of hookan so you can smoke with all your friends.
9. SECLUDED LOCATION
The island of Gozo is still less populated and some places, like some small beaches are rarely visited. Inform yourself of which beaches are deserted and spend a day there with your sweetheart or your friends.
10. THRIVING NATURE
