A stroll in Venice

Last Monday, to "celebrate" the end of the school, I went to Venice with my mother. Venice is always a pleasant place to go, even if it is stocked with tourists, it never lose its beauty, it is always majestic and a bit magical.

Do you live near any cool city? If so what do you like about it? If not, tell me where you would like to live.  :)

Have a nice weekend

The end of a journey

Yesterday I finally did my last high school oral exam *yay* and I'm so happy to be able to start holidays and chill out a bit because during the past months my school schedule has been really intense and I was really anxious and nervous all the time, but I can't help to feel a little sad because I know that I won't see anymore my classmates, at least not everyday.
Anyway I want to keep a positive mindset and I have to say that I'm really grateful for this journey, during these 5 years of high school I met wonderful people, I did so many experiences and I learnt a lot of things. I still don't know what my future has in store for me, I would love to take a gap year and move to UK, but this choice doesn't concern only me. But I feel open to any possibility, my only concern now is to find something that makes me happy and employ my time because, I don't know about you, but I always wait for vacations and, when they arrive, then I get so bored and this happens especially during summer holidays, sometimes I think that 3 months are way too much *forever unsatisfied*.

Anyway now that I'm a full-time stay-at-home(Is this a thing? This word actually exists?), I will totally dedicate more time to the blog and photography because the past months I has been pretty lazy and my content has been intermittent. Time to go guys, things to do (chilling in the garden with an icecream is a consistent part of my summer routine), but it has been nice talking to you. See you later, xx.

Have a nice week

Cake pops ♡

Although tomorrow I am gonna have a super important text, essential for my graduation, this morning I found some time to make some quick treats.
I don't know about you, but I love cake pops, they are so tasty and you can top them with a lot of different and yummy things. For example I used coconut flakes(shredded dehydrated coconut),   sugar sprinkles and grounded walnuts(but you can use any kind of nut you like).
Even the recipe of the "cake" is super easy, you just need 2 ingredients.

Ingredients for the cake:
-200gr of sponge cake
-125gr of creamy cheese(I used mascarpone, but I guess you can use even  unsalted Philadelphia.)

Ingredients for the topping:
-200gr of chocolate (I used dark chocolate because it melts and dries quicker than the white/milk one, but you can use any type of chocolate you like, just be careful not to make cake pops too sweet.)
-Anything you like: sugar/chocolate sprinkles, coconut flakes, grounded nuts, etc.

Method:
-Melt the chocolate(a bain-marie or using the microwave)
-Crumble the sponge cake minutely and combine it with creamy cheese. Make little balls, place them on a plate and put it in the freezer for 15/20 min
-When the little balls are freezed, stick a stick in the center, dunk them in the chocolate and sprinkle on top what you want.
-Place them again on a plate and put it back in the fridge.

 Enjoy!
